RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the relationship between GRETASI DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the users (“you”, “your”, “user”) of the services offered through our website (the “Services”).
ACCEPTANCE OF THE REFUND POLICY
By purchasing the Services on our website, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Services.
REFUNDS
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The following are the conditions under which GRETASI DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. will consider the possibility of granting a refund:
- a) The Services were not delivered as promised and a satisfactory solution could not be reached for both parties.
- b) The user notifies GRETASI DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. about the problem within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase of the Services.
- c) The user provides solid and verifiable evidence that the Services did not meet what was promised.
FULL REFUND
A full refund will be granted if:
- a) The Services were not delivered within the agreed timeframe in calendar days from the date of purchase.
- b) The Services did not meet reasonable expectations and it could be demonstrated that GRETASI DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. did not take appropriate measures to remedy the situation.
PARTIAL REFUND
A partial refund will be granted if:
- a) The Services were delivered partially or incompletely, but it could be demonstrated that GRETASI DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. made reasonable efforts to meet the user’s requirements.
- b) The user requests the refund after the Services have been partially delivered.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, the user must send an email to our support team at contact@mailooster.com with the following details:
- a) Reason for the refund request.
- b) Evidence supporting the refund request.
- c) Date of purchase and transaction details.
We reserve the right to verify the provided information and to request additional information if necessary. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days following the approval of the refund request.
CHANGES TO THE RETURNS POLICY
At GRETASI DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V., we strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction with every marketing product we offer. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. Below is our returns policy.
- Eligible Products for Return: Returns will be accepted for marketing products that are in new and unused condition.
- Return Period: Customers must notify GRETASI DIGITAL S.A. DE C.V. of their intention to return a product within 7 business days following delivery.
